Appointly ("we", "our") operates a platform for discovering and booking local service appointments in Bangalore, India. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: email address, name and phone number you provide.
• Provider details: business name, category, locality, description, pricing and optional GPS coordinates.
• Booking data: services booked, dates, time slots and booking status.
• Payment data: booking-fee payment references processed securely by Razorpay. We never store your card, UPI or bank credentials.

How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and bookings.
• To connect customers with providers, including showing provider location for navigation.
• To process the ₹15 booking fee via Razorpay and keep payment records.
• To prevent fraud, moderate providers and provide support.

Sharing

We share only what is needed for a booking (e.g. your name with the provider you book). We do not sell personal data. Payments are processed by Razorpay under their own privacy policy.
