Terms of Service

By using Appointly you agree to these terms. Appointly is a marketplace that connects customers with independent local service providers in Bangalore.

The platform

• Appointly facilitates discovery and appointment booking. Providers deliver the services themselves.
• The ₹15 booking fee confirms your appointment request; the service price is paid to the provider directly.
• Provider listings are subject to admin review, verification and removal at our discretion.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate account and booking information.
• Arrive on time for confirmed appointments, or cancel in advance.
• Providers must describe services, pricing and availability truthfully and honour confirmed bookings.

Liability

Appointly is not a party to the service contract between customer and provider and is not liable for the quality, safety or outcome of services rendered. Our maximum liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the booking fee paid.
